Stories of Excellence and Passion with La Flor Dominicana and SAGA

The fruitful collaboration between ITAGENCY and the companies of the Pro Cigar group continues, with the aim of bringing the best premium tobacco from the Dominican Republic to Italian tobacconists. 
The new cigars that have become part of our product range this year are those from La Flor Dominicana and the Short Tales from SAGA, a brand of the De Los Reyes company.

La Flor Dominicana

Founded in 1994, La Flor Dominicana is a brand born from a strong love for the land, tobacco, and the production of high-quality cigars. ITAGENCY offers three lines for its customers to display in tobacconists, which we present to you in the following lines.

The Double Ligero, available in three different sizes, consists of large, bold, and iconic cigars. This line of cigars has been the success of La Flor Dominicana and represents an excellent compromise between flavor and strength. It is characterized by the presence of a dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, which envelops a filler and binder grown in the family's plantations in La Canela. The Reserva Especial line is a historic product of La Flor Dominicana, first introduced almost thirty years ago. 
As with the Double Ligero line, the filler and binder are grown on the family plantation, while the wrapper, in this case, is Ecuadorian Connecticut, a tobacco known for its abundance of flavor. The third cigar was awarded as the best cigar in 2016 by Cigar Aficionado magazine. We are talking about the Andalusian Bull, a name that brings us to the middle of a bullfighting arena and evokes scenes of Spanish bulls and bullfighters. 
Nevertheless, the Dominican Republic is the protagonist in this line of cigars, whose filler and binder are grown on the family plantation. The wrapper is Ecuadorian Corojo. Andalusian Bull stands out for its complexity of flavors, spicy with a hint of sweetness. The smoking experience is unique and does not lack body.
