Multichannel approach
ITAGENCY's goal is to make the ordering process as easy as possible for tobacconists.
That’s why we have completely revamped our official e-commerce platform, ITAexpress, which now also includes the sale of tobacco products stored in our Tax Warehouse. In addition, we offer a phone ordering channel and, of course, you can always rely on the support of our agents.

Listening and taking notes
During a training and new product presentation event organized by ITAGENCY, tobacconists especially appreciated the presence of our Sales Director behind the booth counter. Being able to directly share their views on our products and receive immediate feedback from a senior figure was a great added value.
