Bardolino turns yellow to celebrate Zino cigars.

“Live life from A to Z”, “Vivi la vita dalla A alla Z”. 
This is the slogan of the Zino brand, a label distributed in Italy by ITAGENCY, offering premium cigars with a young and fresh character, suitable for a very diverse audience of smokers. 
The main goal of the event organized by ITAGENCY in Bardolino, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, on Friday, August 30th, was to let some of the best tobacconists in Italy experience the philosophy and identity of the Zino brand firsthand through the presentation of the brand's new products. 




The day was entirely dedicated to discovering Zino cigars and was structured as a true sensory journey, allowing participants to appreciate the different formats of the Dominican cigar line.






The event opened with a welcome moment in the garden of the Aqualux Hotel in Bardolino, where guests could enjoy Zino cigarillos in Red and Yellow versions. Shortly after, the Brand Manager for Italy, Enrico Della Pietà, presented the entire line of Zino cigars, followed by the introduction of the late afternoon activity and the division of guests into six groups, named after the six cigars that make up the Zino line. The day continued with an aperitif where a cocktail was specifically created to accompany the new Zino Puritos, the major novelty presented during the event. 


The highlight of the day was when Bardolino's streets were filled with tobacconists, easily recognizable by the yellow backpack given to them before the start of the activity, searching for clues and hidden messages, cleverly created and placed by the event organizers to guide them in discovering the brand and its products. 
The treasure hunt is the perfect activity to convey the concept of discovery and aligns well with the philosophy of the Zino brand, which encourages people to embark on a journey of exploring new possibilities in the world of premium cigars, where few other brands innovate as much and as consistently. 
The tobacconists walked through the streets of Bardolino facing various challenges, each identified by a letter of the alphabet related to the Zino universe. 



The backpack, given before the activity began, contained a Zino Half Corona cigar, a pre-cut cigar ideal for smoking comfortably anywhere, even in the middle of a game while walking through the streets of Bardolino. The treasure hunt was interrupted by a moment when all the competing groups gathered, and after solving a fun riddle, they had the opportunity to taste the Zino Short Torpedo, accompanied by beer and some delicious… TramezZINO. The treasure hunt ended with the discovery of the key that would unlock the treasure chest. 
To retrieve it, the six captains of the tobacconist teams had to dive into one of the Aqualux pools. Only one of the six keys unlocked the treasure padlock, revealed during the evening held at a renowned club in Bardolino. 



The treasure consisted of 150 yellow cigar cases, which, when arranged, resembled a pile of gold bars, inside which each tobacconist found the 3 most important-sized cigars of the entire line: Robusto, Toro, and Gordo.




The event organized on Friday, August 30th, is part of the strategy implemented by ITAGENCY to contribute to the growth of the Zino brand in Italy, a strategy that is already bearing fruit as the modern-spirited cigars produced in the Dominican Republic are increasingly appreciated by Italian smokers.
